Build as Mechanic

Place a teleporter, dispenser, and sentry so one explosion cannot delete your whole setup.

The three buildings

Mechanic is a Support class with 125 health and 100 percent move speed. He constructs three buildings:

  • Sentry Gun shoots enemies in range. It is the area-denial tool.
  • Dispenser gives teammates health, ammunition, and metal.
  • Teleporter moves teammates from an entrance to an exit. A disguised enemy Agent can also use your teleporter and your dispenser.

Mechanic can see item pickups through walls. While he carries a building he cannot use weapons, and if he dies the carried building disappears. Do not haul a sentry across an open sightline.

Gunslinger raises his health from 125 to 150 (overheal 225) and is the unlock associated with the mini-sentry. That is a different building from a leveled sentry, with its own health and damage.

Where to put them

Stacking every building in one room feels safe and loses the round when one Annihilator sticky trap deletes the room.

  1. Put the teleporter entrance where your team actually spawns, and the exit close enough to the objective that the walk is shorter than respawning and running.
  2. Put the dispenser where teammates already fight, not inside your own spawn.
  3. Put the sentry where it sees the cart, point, or doorway, and where you can reach it to repair.
  4. Keep yourself alive. A sentry without a Mechanic is a timer until it falls over.

What kills the nest

  • Annihilator stickies and grenades, and Trooper rockets, destroy buildings quickly.
  • Agent’s Sapper disables a building and drains it. A Mechanic removes a sapper with his wrench. Arsonist’s Hotwire also destroys sappers.
  • Arsonist airblast can push rockets and grenades off a sentry. It does not push a Brute.
  • Marksman can shoot a level 1 building from outside its range. The class tip says a full charge plus an uncharged shot destroys a level 1 building, and that you should shoot the Mechanic first.

Upgrade with metal from ammo pickups and from your own dispenser. If you are new, build one sentry and one dispenser before you try to hold three forward buildings at once.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the two teams?

RED and GRN. You pick a team on the team selection screen before the class screen opens.

How many classes are there?

Nine: Flanker, Trooper, Arsonist, Annihilator, Brute, Mechanic, Doctor, Marksman, and Agent. The class screen groups them as Pick, Power, and Support.

Are there working codes right now?

The code menu is real, on the gift icon of the team selection screen. The documented list has no active codes. Every archived string is expired, out of copies, or manually disabled.

How much does a weapon cost?

Most weapons in the Fitten Co. Store cost 10 Funds. A three-weapon bundle costs 15 Funds, which is half the price of buying the three weapons separately.

Does Typical Colors 2 have voice chat?

The public Roblox listing marks voice chat as not supported. The controls reference still lists T as push-to-talk when Roblox voice is enabled. Use the in-game settings screen to see whether voice is actually available on your account.
